Successfully Ending bad habits



How do you go about making changes that are detrimental to you? Somethings can be a simple as using "I can't" phrases, or eating too much icecream. What steps do you take to get on the right path. I know for one, its allowing yourself to feel pain, to feel uncomfortable, and do things you aren't used to.

Looks like I'm gonna have to do things I'm not used to..............
