Testing my Personal Strength


Strength: Is it in me! 


I am working on being committed to being a stronger me in all ways.  My goal for this week is to tackle time management and working out. I got to thinking of all of the other things that I commit to, whether it be my friends, family, work, sorority, etc I am putting myself last on that list. Its time to re-evaluate how I see myself in relation to those things. What I think will help most in finding that personal strength will be mini challenges to help reach the goal I am ultimately trying to reach. This week I think I will focus on time management and working out more in the same facet: AM WORKOUTS!!!! Yes people you heard me correct, AM Workouts. NO I am not a morning person, NO I do not love to miss sleep, but I need to do it all in the name of self love. 
Mission: Workout Tues-Friday in the mornings. Saturday Afternoon.
