Yes you read it right, jogging to work is my fitness goal. I don't mean literally walk to work I mean, walk/jog the equivalent of my work trip's mileage this week. I drive about 18 miles to get to work one way. So if I can log that mileage this week I will be one happy camper! Wish my sedentary self stamina and will power!
So far 1.5 miles done!
Setting weekly goals is such a great idea! Hope you complete yours :)
